About Us

Redefine living is semi-independent/ supported living accommodation provider which support young people aged 16-18 years on their journey to independence. Our aim is to provide quality care and housing to ensure that our young people are prepared to transition into adulthood. We support our young people with essential skills such as life skills,  confidence, self-esteem to enable them to thrive and re-integrate them back into their communities. We are committed to delivering the highest standards of support with person centre approaches and 1:1 key work support.

Redefine Living aims to build homes, help  young people and provide restorative and transformative change in their lives by celebrating all forms of success.

Our Evolve programme is what makes us unique. Our goal is to show young people that they can achieve in spite of their past circumstances or experiences they may be in or may have gone through. Our Evolve programme emphasis’s gradual change. We believe in working within the young person’s timescales and celebrating all forms of success no matter how small.

Redefine Living is directed and managed by competent care professionals that have a range of experience within the care sector.
